Welcome to Youth Max

YouthMAX is a global leadership initiative facilitated in your community by Melanie Fusilier, a Certified Nick Vujicic-Youth Leadership Trainer and Member of the John Maxwell Team, with the goal of providing today’s young people (ages 13-19) practical tools and skills to help them navigate life through a series of four programs:

• Developing a Positive Self Image*Each participant must participate in this program first
  
• Learning to Fail Forward to Success
• Stand Up & Be Counted (Stop Bullying)
• Developing Strong Personal Character

Each of the four programs consist of 1-hour sessions, which can be run consecutively as a workshop or over several weeks, and designed to accommodate youth participating together at one time providing personal development for the youth that will:

1. Increase confidence, allowing them to better perform in school and life
2. Increase soft skills, helping them better prepare for post-secondary education or the workforce
3. Increase communication skillswith adults, setting them apart from their peers
4. Increase ability to develop critical thinking and collaboration skills

*Includes tools and other materials for participants to keep, further enhancing their experience and growth

The John Maxwell Leadership Game is one of the strongest assessment tools for adding value to any organization. This Teen version is a fun, interactive, and edifying way to assess communication, address difficult topics, and identify strengths and weaknesses.
