About Us

My name is Melanie Fusilier.  As a John Maxwell Certified Coach, Teacher, Trainer and Speaker, I can offer you workshops, seminars, keynote speaking, and coaching, aiding your personal and professional growth through study and practical application of John’s proven leadership methods. Working together, we will move you and/or your team, family or organization to take your next steps in the desired direction to reach your goals. As a successful Coach and Teacher, my leadership philosophy has always been predicated on "The Law of Addition" which states that, "Leaders add value by serving others?"  I have a servants heart and believe that if we "Walk with purpose we will collide with destiny"  

I was a High School teacher and Volleyball and Softball Coach for 15+ years.  My journey as a Leadership Coach started after I became a parent.  I have always had a passion to influence youth and I had done that in my career as a teacher.  When I started to take steps to figure out my Why and my Purpose I really started to walk with clarity for my life.  I discovered that God had given me certain experiences in my life and my Purpose was to use my experiences to help others.  When I was pregnant with my 3rd child I started my Journey with The John Maxwell Team and it was the best decision I could have made for my personal growth.  For that year and a half I had found my passion and I was living it out and sharing what I had learned with my students and other teachers and administrators.  

I had a huge Leadershift after I had my 3rd child and felt like my next step was to stay at home and raise my 3 kids who were all under the age of 4.  That transition was a pretty big struggle for me and if I had not been in a community of growth minded individuals I may have been struggling, lost and wandering for a lot longer.  

In my new role shifting from Working parent to Stay at Home parent I had discovered that in order to really reach and influence youth, I needed to influence those who were the influencers of youth.  I define these in the following categories.  Parents who are the kids biggest influencers from the early ages.  Then Professionals such as Teachers, Coaches, Church Ministries, Administrators, Community workers such as Police officers etc. Then the Youth themselves which I call Pre-Adults.  Then 3P Leads was formed.  (Parents, Professionals and Pre-Adults that are Passionately Pursuing their Purpose.)

When I was able to continue to walk with purpose in my new Role as a Parent and use my new experiences to help other parents and my past experiences to help professionals and teens, I have truly been colliding with my Destiny!!

When we intentionally meet others at the crossroads of the path they are traveling, we earn the ability to walk with them and navigate the journey beside them. I truly believe that all individuals have a passion inside of them.  That passion in congruence with your special gifts and talents are a gift  that is the seed inside of you. If you water and nurture them, they will grow.  If you never expose them to the light, they will dry up and wither.   With a focused vision, intentional action steps and a set of clear goals anyone can accomplish their objectives and tap into their potential to reach their destiny.
